A dark and complex chipotle based hot sauce with tomato, roasted garlic, apple cider vinegar and piloncillo sugar. Starts sweet and then savory and finishes warm. Excellent on anything grilled, esp steak and chicken but also good in bean dishes and dips. Heat level = 3/10
