Test Batch # 45 – Season’s Heatings

Hurricane and scotch bonnet peppers were paired with fresh cranberries, ginger root and ceylon cinnamon.  Apple cider vinegar, vidalia onion and rioja garlic round out this full bodied sauce.  You’ll get a hint of ginger and the cinnamon before the peppers come through and a touch of the cranberry tartness at the finish.   Heat level = 7 of 10
