Grapes in hot sauce?  Dee Roo says hell yes!  This year’s frontenac vines produced a very large crop and there were still many pounds of grapes left after we made twice the usual amount of jam.  We matched the grapes with red savina habanero and hurricane peppers and cooked them down with red wine vinegar (of course!), red onion and montana zemo garlic.  This dark red, almost mahogany colored sauce is complex and slightly tart with real creeper heat.   Heat level = 9 of 10
