This fiery flame roasted treat is an annual test batch made with the last of our peppers picked the night before our first hard frost. This year’s batch features green ghost, hurricane, cayenne, fresno, scorpion, bishop’s hats, poblano, jalapeno and cherry peppers that are roasted with tomatillos, spanish onion and porcelain garlic. This year’s edition is a bit hotter than previous years due to all the hurricane and ghost peppers. Heat level = 8 of 10
