Fresh pineapple and pomegranate paired with hurricane, trinidad scorpion and scotch bonnet peppers in this beautiful red orange sunset colored sauce.  Montana zemo garlic, red wine vinegar and bermuda onions then bring some sour/savory notes to the party.  This year we had only one trinidad scorpion plant because rabbits ate our other 3 seedlings, thus the name of this sauce.  You’ll get some of the fruit at the start before the peppers take over.  Heat level = 9 of 10
